I needed some information on defining “refusal” looking for some sort of criteria. I found an excellent 2-manual set from the USDOT:

I’ve written about the Saximeter method for determining ram fall height. I saved these videos as they provide pile driving footage that is lengthy enough to practice using a stopwatch for getting your 5-blow counts, practice mental blow counting + stopwatch use.
