As we continue to hear industry statistics that paint an ever-concerning picture for the industry at-large, I continue to ask myself a question:
WHAT AM I DOING TO HELP THE INDUSTRY?
It’s easy for us to say things like
- The kids coming up don’t want to get their hands dirty
- Nobody wants to do hard work anymore
I say that’s just not true. I know that there are people who want to work hard.
